Since 1976

One family. One building.
Fifty years in North Bogotá.

Percales was born in 1976, when Don Oscar Angueira built a building in North Bogotá with a different vision: apartments where people could stay in Bogotá with more comfort, independence and peace of mind.

It wasn't the idea of a traditional hotel. It was a place designed to live the city for a season, with a kitchen, your own space, and closer, more personal attention.

Over the years, Percales grew alongside Bogotá. North Bogotá became established as a strategic area, close to Zona T, shopping centers, clinics, embassies and major city corridors. While the surroundings changed, Percales stayed in the same place.

Today, almost fifty years later, we're still a family-run apartahotel. We keep renovating to welcome guests better, but we keep our essence: direct, personal service, functional spaces, and a story that stays alive in every guest who arrives.
